Tabitha and Figaro’s woman? What am I missing?
Beatrix’ face in panel one is great, she looks so miffed!
That was my error, Anne! Sorry about that! When I pick the labels for the characters, I click on the names, and I saw “Tabitha” and clicked, when really it was the label for “Tabitha and Figaro’s Woman,” ha! I uploaded the comic this morning before we dashed out for Baby’s 15 month check up, and coffee was still needed!
So, for anyone wondering, it is Tabitha in this strip, not their Woman hidden in there anywhere!
Oh my, why do I think Puck has something up his sleeve?

I love Elvis in panel 2, he is so happy that Beatrix is doing a nice safe interview. I wonder what Puck’s back up plan will be and if it will involve the ghosts Tilly and Winifred. Someone commented a while back wondering if Winifred would make an appearance and give Baba Mouse a chance to apologize for running off with Wicket.

I’m thinking that the infamous “July Bug” will figure into Puck’s plans somehow? That would be cool! I love his appearances every July!

Our household, both the human and feline contingents, await the chapter with great anticipation. This is simply the BEST comic being published today, no matter the format!

This is a nice sort of suspense, though: not worried about the characters, but wondering what Georgia has planned—and I know I’ll be surprised.

This whole storyline is wonderful. From the tapestry with the ‘Ha Ha Ha’ in Old English font to the mentions of the Owl and the Pussycat, Baba Mouse’s early years and the Robber Mice on their Mighty Quest. I’m just loving the whole thing. It’s tremendous.
Natasha’s cactus needle jacket is so bad-ass… suitable for equally bad-ass Natasha. And I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t mind seeing Tabitha take on Wicket. She’s pretty fierce.
I’m certain that Tilly is going to make an appearance here given her intro with the July calendar and all that. Can’t wait for more! It’s an absolute pleasure as always!

Intriguing and suspenseful!! Just a delight to see all these fur persons interacting and their different personalities. Also love that the mice are empowered.

I’m one of those who is hoping Baba Mouse gets to apologize to Freddie as a result of this thread. And I’m also hoping Freddie and Tilly will appear just to see what ghosts can do in the BCN world!

I think Beatrix is sulking because Baba Mouse is treating her like the kitten that she is. I believe that Baba Mouse has given her a glass of milk instead of the coffee Beatrix is use to.

I didn’t see Tabitha and Figaro’s woman either, thought I went back over the strip several times….I just love poor Figaro’s face in the window. Tabitha is all “Yeah, Bring it on!’ and Figaro’s
kind of hiding! I just love this storyline where everyone has a part!
Are the fireworks on the calendar a hint? Love this Georgia. Leaves us hanging in a good way.
I think they are. Wasn’t the Toddler waving sparklers around a little while back? Though it seems like finding the fireworks and matches would take more time than they have. Hmmmmm…..
I love Beatrix’s silky look in panel 1. All I could think was, “Uh oh! Someone is unhappy!”.
I’ve looked 3 times and still don’t see Sir Figaro, nor do I see his and Tabitha’s Woman.
But I do see Tabitha, who isn’t in the cast list. Something’s fishy, and it’s not the boys’ dinner.
I may have clicked on Tabitha, not realizing it was actually the listing for their Woman… The computer end of things is still my Achilles’ heel! Ha! I will fix this when I am back at the computer.
Figaro is next to Tabitha, crouched down.

Poor Tabitha, unable to join the “fun”. Bea being treated like the kitten she is rather than the cat she wants to be. Baba is the ultimate all-knowing Grandma!!!
Denny, Fig is there hiding to Tabitha’s left. I didn’t see him at first either.
Sir Figaro is peeping out from Tabitha’s left side. Tabitha dominates, I didn’t notice Sir Fig at first.
Why do I get the feeling that Lupin will soon be customizing his own jacket?
Hey Georgia, I remember reading in Puck’s biography that you believe he lost his leg in a raptor attack. Is our little Puck getting ready for some payback?
Sulking Beatrix in Panel 1 got a smile out of me, but happy Elvis in Panel 2 made me laugh out loud. Have we ever seen him quite so happy? Lupin’s admiration of the coat caused a chuckle. Of COURSE he’d like it! Good ol’ “I was born for this!” Lupin!
I confess it took a couple of re-reading before I noticed Sir Figaro Newton. That got an “awww!” from me.
No more predictions. I am content to just read what happens next!
I’d love to keep reading these comments but it’s 5:00, Her Rotundity Jingle Bell Katt is doing the head butt and RRREOW that means “Feed the CAT! I mean, RIGHT NOWWWW!” And now she’s scratching the bulletin board because she KNOWS I’ll get up to make her stop. Oh, well…

Heehee! Tabitha and Elvis, always at odds! I swear there’s passion between those two behind all that biting sarcasm. 😉 And I agree with Elvis, I believe Tabitha COULD take on any owl and come out victorious. 😀 After all, she did catch the red dot!

When Baba Mouse was telling the story of her and Wicket,
one picture shows her with green eyes.
Alice and the Golden Mouse have green eyes.

The panel with Lupin and Puck is a perfect contrast of their personalities – thoughtful Puck and wild and crazy Lupin. Love it.
Natasha’s jacket is perfect if a certain owl tries to grab her. He’ll get a fist fulll of cactus spines.
This is a wonderful story line, Georgia. And, I love reading all the comments. I feel that we are all together in a room sharing opinions and thoughts. Thanks everybody.

Love the “Thanks Babs!” from Natasha and how you wove in (literally) the needles from The Boy’s favorite plant. I’m hoping the back up plan will be a combo of Tillie & The June Bug. Wow, a sincere compliment from Elvis about Tabitha being the only one who could take on an owl, I bet she could too. Really, I mean, really folks, when is Thursday going to get here??????????
I just love this story! Georgia, you rock! Love the sulky face of Bea, the “thanks Babs”, the all knowing wise grandma Baba, the offhand truthful compliment from Elvis for fierceTabitha while Sir Figaro stays close to her, Lupin’s love of sartorial splendor, Pucky’s sweet concern and possible planB, the mice going into battle well armed. There’s just so much to see! The comments also make my day! Like all the loyal fan conjecture’s & things like “her rotundity”. 😂😆 Can’t wait for the next one!
