Just about every Audubon chapter in the country is going to want to print this (free) in their newsletter. Any chance you’d give non-profits a break? I would attribute, of course; can’t speak for the hundreds of others…
I may be able to give non profits a break! As long as I’m contacted with an explanation of how a strip will be used, and can have “Comic by Georgia Dunn” thrown in there somewhere, I would be happy to help a non profit if I could! 🙂
One of my favorite pages. The concept in general is cute, as well as Puck’s facepaw. I also love the inclusion of chickadees (and the word ‘chickadee’) – I really remember hearing them a lot while growing up. ^_^
I have only recently become acquainted with BCN when it was included in the online version of The Oregonian. HOW DID I EVER LIVE WITHOUT MY DAILY DOSE OF BREAKING CATNEWS!!!!! BCN has become my favorite obsession and the perfect way to start my day. My friends are surprised that I have become so fond of little Puck, Lupin and Elvis as I have always been a dog lover (I own three at the moment – all rescued from the local shelter). I am allergic to cats so I cannot have one. Your cartoons capture the spirit of cats so perfectly. hope you are planning so to release T-shirts and mugs. I have already preordered your book. Please keep creating BCN forever.
Yay!! Thank you, Susan! I am always very flattered to win over dog lovers! You may be happy to know there is a dog character later in the series–and he is a peach. He is based on one of my best friend’s dogs. I’m glad our BCN crew can entertain you without the itching or sneezes! Thank you so much for reading!
THAT is very good LOL. It’s great to see one of your boys on the outside. There’s a chance of Cardinals, d there a chance of more backyard scenes, Georgina?
Every time I see Breaking Cat News in my feed my day gets better 🙂 Thanks so much for these.
One of my favorites 🙂
mmmmmmmmm birds……….must be lunch time
Mine love when the “weather” is very active too! I love reading this strip!
I NEED A PRINT OF THIS FOR MY DAD!
He’s a bird-watcher, weather obsessed and considers the only kind of cat worth having is a Siamese…
Hello Jane!
I plan to have prints of the comics available very soon! (In fact, this comment may push that to the top of my to-do pile! 🙂 ).
Our cats too are obsessed with “Twitter”. Love the comic!
and then the expected hummingbird hailstorm….just delightful…
