So glad to see Tommy back with an outside report. I love all the little touches, Lupin with his iced drink with little umbrella in it, Hey is that a chilled lemon daquiri?! Nope, probably just lemonade. Tommy has a great outdoor water dish!
I misread “fort” in panel 12 as “fart.” That’s SO wrong! Our Amy (on her last legs, I fear) adores the heat, she can’t wait for us to turn off the ACs. Fortunately we were able to do that this morning!
Don’t worry, so did I! My Chenille has been alternating between lying around like a molten puddle of fur (with occasional movement of her head, so she can glare at me for making it hot), and wedging herself onto the narrow windowsill of a south facing window, so she can bake herself, apparently.
Panel 3. Fuzzy Red Hair. I find this true in my own life. And what the HECK is going on with Puck in that panel? Does he have the same problem? Glad to see Tommy back! Love Elvis’s report. I also love Elvis’s presentation.
Our AC is out today – ouch – and the cats are all lying stretched out on the porcelain tile floor. You can tell how hot it is by the stretched out kitteah index.
I love how Pucky’s fur and the Woman’s hair sort of echo each other in Panel 3! And how perfect for Tommy is a fort in the bushes, with gigantic water dish nearby {g}?
Oh Georgia, just had an hour free and have gone back to the beginning and am just enjoying all the comics AGAIN immensely! I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve laughed all over again at the boy’s antics! I’m up to Pucky’s “Feed me, I’m Scottish!” Thank you again for sharing your wonderful wit and your family with us! Hugs!
Georgia, in the post when Elvis meets Gwen, in the last panel is Gwen intentionally doing a “touchdown” gesture with her arms or is that a coincidence?
Know what’d be funny? If it turned out that Tabby and Tommy are related! Such a friendly, silly goofball like Tommy related to a queen who. Has. Caught. The. Red. Dot!
Ever fastidious Elvis with his tie and shirt loosened! How great is that!Having grown up on the East Coast and 30 years spent in the upper midwest you have all my sympathy for humidity. Hugs, Taffy
Tommy is the best! This entire comic is so pawsome!! The water dish comment by Tommy is pricless. I’m glad he’s in the skits with the rest of the cats to!
Yet another great comic! I really like all of them. (I also like another cat webcomic called Two Lumps, but your boys remind me of my own more than Ebon and Snooch.)
None of my cats are fans of too much heat, and we are all luxuriating in a summer with central air that we can enjoy for the first time ever! (Also, though my hair doesn’t puff in the humidity, redhead solidarity!)
The way Tommy is drinking out of the kiddie pool reminds me of my sister’s new puppy – when I bathed her yesterday morning, she stuck her little muzzle under the faucet and started chugging! 😀
Here in our un-ACed house, both Fido and O’Malley are sprawled in middle of the room, O’Malley on her back in a most un-lady-like pose. Fido likes the spot with the most foot traffic so navigation can be a challenge.
I can relate to Tommy’s fort! Grew up in a house, the only AC being in my parents’ room. Crawling into a clump of forsythia with an old blanket and a book…that was living.
t-tile floor…..nice…..cool…OH YES AND YOU HUMANS ARE THINKING YOUR’E SO HOT!ME WITH A FUR COAT AND ROASTING LIKE A BAKED POTATO! Will you let me in the frige?
Tommy 🙂 – (for it is he……….)
I love how Puck is so puffy from the humidity you can’t even see his face!
Aww super fluffy Pucky so cute! Also so excited to see Tommy!

Haha! Just lemonade, I’m afraid, perhaps with just a hint of tap water for preferred kitty tastes!

Tiny drink parasols! (don’t know why, but I’ve always loved those.) Humidity hair! Tommy!!! 🙂
The little details are just delightful: sleeves rolled up, tie loosened, the expression on Elvis.
I like the rolled-up sleeves and loose tie look on Lupin and Elvis.
Love Elvis’s expression in panel 13
Panel 3. Fuzzy Red Hair. I find this true in my own life. And what the HECK is going on with Puck in that panel? Does he have the same problem? Glad to see Tommy back! Love Elvis’s report. I also love Elvis’s presentation.
Posting this to the Cozy Clowder page! That is one cool fort, Tommy!
Our AC is out today – ouch – and the cats are all lying stretched out on the porcelain tile floor. You can tell how hot it is by the stretched out kitteah index.
poor Elvis we still love you 😉 So happy to see Tommy back! I love the little umbrella in Lupin’s drink too!
I love how Pucky’s fur and the Woman’s hair sort of echo each other in Panel 3! And how perfect for Tommy is a fort in the bushes, with gigantic water dish nearby {g}?
I can’t help but be reminded of a farmer’s tan with Elvis’s sleeves rolled up and the color of his hair.
Are we going to see Tabitha and Figaro any time soon? Por favor?
I am hoping so too! I <3 then because they look ike my own two cats!
Love your ‘humidity’ hair as well as Puck’s. Also, your ‘humid couch pose’ is spot on!
Grumpy Elvis is my favorite!
Hoooray! It’s TOMMY!
Puck, The Woman, and I share humidity hair! LOL
It’s HUGE today! Ha!
Tommy just kills me! He’s such a “sound-as-a-pound” sort. He gets by and sees the attraction in EVERYTHING! This strip is just great! -A

Yay!!! Thank you, Shellie! Hugs back!
I LOVE the “Feed me I’m Scottish” strip! (We Scots do love to eat!)
Humidity frizz. Terrible for cats and humans alike! I’m like Lupin. Find a fan and stay close by it.
Welcome back Tommy!!
Georgia, in the post when Elvis meets Gwen, in the last panel is Gwen intentionally doing a “touchdown” gesture with her arms or is that a coincidence?
Just a coincidence! That’s a little stretch she often does, even now 🙂
just noticed, those rolled up sleeves is a good luck for Lupin.
Poor Elvis 🙁 I want to hear all about the windbox!
Please make all your wonderful strips much. much longer. Love them!
TOMMY!
‘My Woman’………..cough……..
Will Tommy ever meet Tabitha and Sir Figaro or is it impossible?
I *may* have something planned 😉
Know what’d be funny? If it turned out that Tabby and Tommy are related! Such a friendly, silly goofball like Tommy related to a queen who. Has. Caught. The. Red. Dot!
Yay! 😀
Next-to-last panel is my favorite! 🙂 Second panel is also fun to look at.
Third panel; reminds me of Hermione Granger!
Ever fastidious Elvis with his tie and shirt loosened! How great is that!Having grown up on the East Coast and 30 years spent in the upper midwest you have all my sympathy for humidity. Hugs, Taffy

Hi!! I would too like to see longer strip too!! Way to go!!Meow!!
Yet another great comic! I really like all of them. (I also like another cat webcomic called Two Lumps, but your boys remind me of my own more than Ebon and Snooch.)

“*fans* of too much heat”… ROFL!
I feel for ya, Elvis. I hate when people won’t let me show off my charts.
Yea I got my poster I love it and cant wait to hang it in my office.
Tommy makes me think of Chris Farley.
Though hopefully his story doesn’t end so tragically.
Me too
